Pre-Apprenticeship Training
This program will introduce you to the HVAC Sheet Metal Trade and get you job & apprenticeship ready. Without having a 4-year commitment, you will have the opportunity to see if this trade interests you. After 12 weeks you can decide if you want to continue into the 4-year apprenticeship program or not.
How Does Pre-Apprenticeship Work?
During this 12 week program, you will complete a pre-recorded class with comprehension questions, once a week. You will then attend one 8-hour hands-on lab after week 12, where you will have the ability to show what you have learned.

Through this program, you will have the chance to hire walk-in pre-apprentices, either during the program or after it has been completed. This offers a unique opportunity to observe potential candidates in action, assessing their skills and dedication firsthand before making a long-term commitment.
Only wage requirement to follow is the CA minimum wage requirement.
